Dining Menu
This is not your ordinary menu! Chef Matt Bugera incorporates delectable fresh ingredients, homegrown herbs, and his ingenuity so that your dining experience is truly spectacular.
 Bugera and his talented staff will tempt your tastebuds with exquisite dishes such as an appetizer of Grilled Vegetable Salad drizzled with Vinaigrette and topped with Goat Cheese or an entree special of Broiled Salmon with Tomato-Leek Sauce.

For an entree you may select Great Lakes Whitefish with Lemon Dill Sauce, or perhaps the Veal Medallions topped with Country Ham, Gruyère Cheese and a Marsala Wine Sauce. Or enjoy a lighter meal of Grilled Ahi Tuna salad topped with a divine Wasabi Lime Vinaigrette.

In addition to The New York's regular menu, the Bugeras are pleased to offer nightly specials that feature fresh seasonal ingredients.
Wine Cellar
The New York's wine list is second to none, with around 300 vintages offered. Honored with the Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence "for having one of the most outstanding restaurant wine lists in the world" for 5 consecutive years, The New York offers the perfect wine for every palate, every meal, every occasion. Most vintages are also available for purchase by the case.
